Welcome to Gateway Lodge Guest House, Bed and Breakfast in Liverpool

Jimmy, Yvonne and June welcome you to Gateway Lodge Guest House, a family run Liverpool guest house close to John Lennon Airport.

As a family run business we like to think we are not just another Liverpool B+B, but rather a guest house that prides itself on providing a family friendly atmosphere and excellent value accommodation.

We are situated less than one mile from John Lennon Airport. but not on the flight path so we can offer the convenience without the noise. The airport is either a leisurely ten minute walk (with suitcase) or just a few minutes by car/taxi.

Rooms and Services

Our bedrooms are large, furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, 23" Flatview colour TV, central heating and free Wi-Fi access. We have a lounge that is open at all times for your convenience. There is also a garden patio area.

You will be given a key to enable access to Gateway Lodge Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse, and your room at all times.

Rooms are available from 1pm on day of arrival, and are to be vacated promptly by 10am on day of departure.

We serve a delicious Full English or Continental breakfast in the lounge area from 7.30 to 8.30am for only £5 pp. As the breakfast is freshly cooked we would ask that you order breakfast at the time of booking or when you check in. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and we will do our very best to cater for your needs.

For an evening meal you are most welcome to order a take away and eat it in our lounge area (we can recommend places that will deliver). Alternatively, if you prefer to eat out, there are a number of really nice, local restaurants (only a short drive away) which we are happy to recommend.

Please note that as some of our guests leave for early morning flights we endeavour to keep the building as quiet as possible. We would ask all guests to enter and leave the building as quietly as possible during the silent hours. Due to the above we regret that we are not suitable for stag and hen parties unless all nine rooms are booked.
